Day 1
Arrival at The Airport and Guided Muscat City Tour
Welcome to Oman! The 1st day of your 6 days Oman tour package begins with exploring some of the most stunning attractions. Your guide will meet you at Muscat International Airport and take you to the most beautiful places in Muscat before checking into your hotel. Begin your half-day Muscat city tour at the Sultan Qaboos Mosque, the Grand Mosque, the fifth largest mosque in the world (please consider dress code). The mosque is open from 08:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (except Fridays). Skip the Embassy Quarter and enjoy a guided tour through the magnificent Royal Opera House (tour services are only available if there is no on-stage rehearsal). Visit the Bait Al Baranda Museum. Next, drive along the Corniche to Muttrah Souq, the oldest souk in Oman. Continue to Al Alam Palace, which is flanked by two Portuguese forts, Al Mirani and Al Jalali. Free afternoon. Overnight at Ramada Muscat hotel.
Day 2
Explore Amouage – Birkat Al Mauz – Jebel Akhdar
Before you depart the capital go to the Amouage factory. Discover the unique incenses and get to understand extra approximately how one of the maximum high-priced perfumes of the sector is produced. Leave Nizwa and continue to Bahla, a mystical town with one of the four UNESCO World Heritage sites in Oman, Bahla Fort, where you will have the opportunity to stroll through the old village and have a photo stop. The last view of the day is Jabreen Castle. Known as the most beautiful castle in Oman, be sure to visit the fort from inside, hear the story of its builder Immam Bil'arub bin Sultan and his tragic story. Overnight at Alila Jebel Akhdar hotel.
Day 4
Guided Tour Of Al Hamra – Misfat Al Abryeen – Wadi Bani Awf
Day 4 of the 6 days Oman tour package includes visiting Al Hamra. In the middle of the old village is a beautifully renovated museum, which gives a glimpse of how Omanis used to live and some of them even live until today. The next stop will be the mountain village Misfat al Abryeen which exists since ancient times. It is not possible to go through the village by car so we take the opportunity to have a nice walk around the area. Your journey will lead you to Wadi Bani Awf. Go on an adventurous drive through the mountains with a lot of mesmerizing views and the beautiful village Bilad Said which invites you to walk around their green terrace fields. Today’s tour will end at the coastline of the Bathina region. Overnight at Millenium Mussanah Hotel.
Day 5
Adventure Tour Of Wadi Abiyad – Nakhl – Wakan
Today's unique adventure will take you to the Bathina region, one of the most interesting yet undiscovered regions of Oman. As a part of the 6 days Oman tour package, you will first discover Wadi Abiyad. Depending on the water level, you will do wadi bashing or you can even swim or just walk around this area. From there you will continue to one of the oldest settlements in this area. Nakhl has an impressive fort, built on a 60m high mountain. As your guide shows you the different areas of the fort, you'll get a little insight into Omani life. Cross the old part of Nakhl, where mud houses are surrounded by gardens, and reach Ain Thowarah, the thermal system of Nahkl. In the early afternoon, you will leave the city and continue towards the Hajjar Mountains. A small village called Wakan, where locals still live in the traditional Omani way invites you to stroll through its fruitful gardens to enjoy a unique view of the mountainous region. After the walk, you will return to your hotel. Night at the Millenium Mussanah hotel.
Day 6
Departure For The International Airport
You can spend most of the day at your own free will before leaving for the Airport. You can enjoy a bit of shopping or just have a lavish breakfast.
