The coiled exterior, the bronze window system and a stacked basalt tower permeates the look of the building.  One of the main attractions of the restaurant is the reflecting pool that accentuates the connection to the waterfront site. The lights at night brighten up the building. The experience of dining starts with the redesigned landscapes and lighting of the causeway that offers a dramatic entrance of the guests from the hotel to the restaurant.

Guests are welcomed by a broad cantilever of the building above, in an entry court that boasts of elements from a Japanese garden. The bronze clad atrium and prominent stacked stone waterfall is the main attraction of the Nobu restaurant Doha. The monumental arced timber staircase another site to see, is a gargantuan suspended installation. Pascale Girardin, the Canadian artist created several pieces of porcelain made to look like fish scales.

The second level of the restaurant in Doha has a lofty double height dining room decorated with woven abaca panels, which has been designed by Ken Cobonpue, a Philippine artist. End- grain wood floors, columns clad in white sea shells and field of spherical glass light fixtures of a range of custom- designed by Ken Gangbar, the Canadian artist.  The main dining room extends into the terrace area that offers a vibrant view of the harbor.

People will also be fascinated by the oval shaped white pearl bar that is complimented by a canopy made with alabaster with bronze inserts. The canopy has a stunning collection of all the custom designed pearl shaped light fixtures along with antique mirrors and bronze that are seen at the bar. If people are looking forward to a casual yet elegant space, Serpentine banquettes is the ideal place for it where people can drink and dine.
