- The Backyard Day Pass is available on a "first come, first served" basis. Due to limited space, reservations are strongly advised, but walk-ins are also welcome. One can book their tickets for The Backyard Doha from the official website.
- Multiple entries are permitted throughout the day, so if you're at The Backyard but need to leave to watch a game, you can return at any time during the day.
- The venue is only open to those over the age of 21, and attendees must have either their Hayya card, original passport, or Qatar ID.

- Attendees can get to the venue in a variety of ways, including taking the red metro to Legtaifiya metro station (M1), hopping on a tram to Lusail, and walking for about 20 minutes to Doha Sports Park.
