The cycling marathon was organized in The Olympic cycling track stretched up to 33 kms long and 7 meters wide.  The track was made using more than 25 tunnels used for bike underpass and five bridges. Under the Al khor road project, the 25km long asphalt road was paved sans any joint. The work continued for about 242 hours approximately that sums up 10 days nonstop labor. The area covered by asphalt was almost 70,0000 square meters as mentioned by the public figure authority Ashgal.

Construction of the Hamad Port basin started in 2011. It is a 17-metre-deep basin with a width of 700 meters and reached up to 4kms long. The award was received in September 2019 by the Ministry of Transport and Communications for the construction of Hamad Port an extensively deep artificial basin. The construction was a business of more than 2.5 years. During the construction, a secure consideration was given to the wildlife and marine life in the procedure of extracting the million dredged material to be used later in construction.
