Day 1
The Holiday Begins!
Your 6 nights and 7 days Mexico holiday package will commence with a local representative receiving you at the Mexico City airport, from where you will be taken to the hotel. You have the rest of the day to yourself. It is recommended to relax for a while in your comfortable room, and then you can head out to explore the nearby places or take advantage of the facilities and services provided by the hotel. Stay overnight.
Day 2
Tour of the City with a Visit to the Teotihuacan Pyramids and Museum of Anthropology
After having a nutritious breakfast at the hotel, your vacation trip will commence by reaching the archaeological site of Teotihuacán, which is a significant part of the Aztec civilization. The site includes interesting ruins of Aztec treasures and the stunning Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon. You will then be taken to visit the enigmatic Butterfly Temple, the Avenue of the Dead, and the Temple of Quetzalcóatl. The fun tour will head forward to the famous historic center and the Zócalo, the central square of Mexico City. There are several interesting landmarks near the square, like the Metropolitan Cathedral and Diego Rivera’s murals at the National Palace, to explore. You will also be taken to the famous Anthropology Museum, which showcases a great collection of pre-Hispanic artefacts.
Day 3
Arrive at the Charming City of Merida
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will be dropped off at the Mexico City airport. Aboard the flight to Merida, a local representative will be waiting for you at Merida airport. You will be taken to the hotel. Check in to your room and relax for a while. Your Merida tour will begin with a walk through the streets of the city center. After that, you will be visiting one of the oldest cathedrals in Mexico, Catedral de Mérida-San Ildefonso. If you are a history and art buff, then the next destination will entice you to stay a bit longer; such is the architecture of Paseo de Montejo. Return to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 4
Explore the Ancient ruins of Chichen Itza and Swimming in Cenote Ik Kil
Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. This day in your Mexico vacation package is dedicated to learning about ancient civilizations and then having some thrills. Your trip will begin with visiting the intriguing and one of the seven wonders of the modern world, Chichen Itza Archaeological Zone. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore Kukulkan Pyramid, the Observatory, the Temple of the Warriors, the Group of the Thousand Columns, the Cenote of Sacrifice, and the biggest ball court in Mesoamerica. The holiday trip will move forward and you will be taken to Cenote Ik Kil, which is a kind of a natural well, open to the sky but closed from all sides, containing a natural pool of fresh water. People can swim in it by going down the side stairs or diving from above. You also have the choice to just sit and absorb the lush greenery around it. Return to the hotel in Cancún and stay overnight.
Day 5
Get on the Catamaran to Reach Isla Mujeres
It’s sailing day! Have a proper breakfast at the hotel, after which you will board the catamaran to Isla Mujeres Island. It will be 7 hours journey where you’ll get an opportunity to explore an island and experience the ride on a catamaran. There are several perks that are included in this 6 nights and 7 days Mexico vacation package. The inclusions are round-trip transportation and an English speaking guide and crew assistance. Come prepared for snorkelling. You will also be provided with the necessary snorkel equipment like a new mask, fins, life vest, a snorkel with a brand new mouthpiece and a towel per guest. Day 6
The day When You are In Charge
This is the free day on your schedule. After having breakfast at the hotel, you can do whatever you wish to, at your own pace. It is recommended to visit any of the landmarks you wish to visit again, or enjoy the beach, or go shopping for souvenirs.
